My Green Smoothie

Always use Organic or Local Produce whenever possible.  Either way clean your produce well.

approx. 32 ounces, 1-2 servings


  • 2 pieces Kale, de-stemmed
  • a handful of Spinach
  • 2-3 leaves Romaine
  • 1-2 pieces of Celery
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/3 large Cucumber
  • small handful Parsley
  • 1 Apple or 6 pieces of Pineapple
  • 1 Banana
  • half inch Fresh Ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon Chlorella
  • large pinch of Dolci (seaweed) Flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Vegan Protein Powder (with no added sugar)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup of Coconut or Almond Milk

*All measurements are estimates.  Feel free to use this as a base and experiment with amounts.


Add leafy greens, veggies and liquid to blender.  I use a Nutribullet, but use whatever you've got on hand.  Blend.  

Then add fruits, seeds and powders. More liquid depending on how thick you like your smoothie.  Blend again.
