Always use Organic or Local Produce whenever possible. Either way clean your produce well.

Add leafy greens, veggies and liquid to blender. I use a Nutribullet, but use whatever you've got on hand. Blend.
Then add fruits, seeds and powders. More liquid depending on how thick you like your smoothie. Blend again.
